At BMT Insurance we aim to be proactive in our approach to claims. In the event of a landlord claim, having the following documents available will help to get the claims process underway sooner.

  • Number Lease agreements
  • Number Details of bond held
  • Number Police report (event number, station, police officer name if available)
  • Number Photos of the damage

Remember to:
